My Story
My spiritual path began before I had the words to explain it.
As a teenager, I went through a two-year period of sleep paralysis. If you have ever experienced it, you know how intense it can be. You wake up, fully conscious, but you cannot move. You cannot speak. You are caught between worlds.
Alongside the paralysis came out-of-body journeys, multilayered dreaming, and experiences that were sometimes beautiful, sometimes frightening, and always deeply real. I could not talk to anyone about what was happening. I felt alone with it.
A few years later I had a full out-of-body experience that changed everything. I was hovering above my bed, watching myself and the room from above. In full awareness, I travelled to another city in my astral body.
That moment planted a seed that never left me:
There is more to this life than the physical world.
I began reading everything I could. C.G. Jung became an early guide for me, along with other spiritual and New Age teachings. I was not looking for beliefs. I was looking for understanding.
The Beginning of My Healing Path
In the early 1990s, I began formal healing studies. My first teacher was Aila Norlamo, known by many as the grand old lady of Finnish Reiki. Through her, I was introduced to Reiki in 1992, and to a lineage that traces back through Hawayo Takata to Dr. Mikao Usui.
That foundation mattered to me. I was not interested in trends. I wanted depth, integrity, and real transmission.
Inspired by both healing work and my studies in art, I began organising creativity workshops in 1994. Those workshops became unexpectedly popular and laid the groundwork for much of the work I do today. I saw how creativity can open the spiritual heart, soften the mind, and reconnect people to something deeper than everyday identity.
Around the same time, I trained as a Relaxation Therapist to support people living with high stress and nervous system overload.
I continued my alternative medicine studies for several years at the Kairon Institute in Helsinki.
Findhorn and the Awakening of Kundalini
My path then led me to the Findhorn Foundation, one of the world’s most respected spiritual communities. I lived there between 1997 and 2000, immersing myself in spiritual practice and deep inner work. During that time, I also graduated as a Game of Transformation Guide.
It was at Findhorn that I experienced my first Kundalini Awakening.
A powerful Shakti current moved through my spine, and I spent two days in a state of bliss, oneness, and expanded consciousness. It was life-changing. It also intensified my search for truth, because I wanted to understand what I had touched, and what it meant to live from that level of reality.
Deep Training in Energy Healing and Shamanic Work
In the late 1990s, I began a three-year intensive training with the Estonian healer and shaman Astrid Neeme. This work included bio-energy healing, aura clearing, and deep energetic techniques similar in many ways to the Barbara Brennan method.
Astrid’s work has been highly regarded internationally, including by Denise Linn, who has studied with her as well.
As part of completing this training, I became a certified Reiki Master in 2000. This was not a weekend certification. It required years of discipline, practice, and inner transformation.
The Sacred British Isles
After relocating to the sacred lands of the British Isles, my path deepened further.
I studied with enlightened teacher Dave Oshana in London and Finland, and later completed a year of Spiritual Counselling training through the Isle of Avalon Foundation with Rachael Clyne in Glastonbury.
While living in Kent, I trained in Shamanic Healing with medicine woman Claire Powell in Sussex.
Later, after moving to Glastonbury, I completed a two-year Shamanic Healing and Higher Perception Reading training with Jay and Kestrel Oakwood. They run one of the longest-established healing centres in Glastonbury, Bridget Healing Centre, known for attracting people from all walks of life, including public figures.
Moving Beyond “Fixing” and Into Consciousness
In 2015, I studied Matrix Energetics intensively with Richard Bartlett.
That work shifted something important in me. It moved healing away from “fixing a problem” and into something deeper: consciousness itself.
Because when we approach healing as a problem to solve, we can unknowingly create polarity inside the psyche, reinforcing the very pattern we want to release.
The deeper solution is not force. It is presence.
Not doing, but allowing.
What I Believe About Healing Now
Over time, I came to a clear conclusion:
Real healing is not something we can manufacture through the personality.
Healing happens through Higher Consciousness.
We are not the source. We are the channel.
This is why the words of Jeshua have stayed with me for many years:
“The Father abiding in me doeth the work.”
The Work I Do Today
In 2017, I received several powerful activations through Abdy Electriciteh. This strengthened the Kundalini or Shakti current that is essential for deep spiritual and energetic work. It also transformed the way I serve others.
I consider Abdy one of my primary teachers today, even though he does not call himself a teacher.
A Life Devoted to Awakening
I have now spent over 30 years studying and practising spiritual healing, energy work, and transformational training with respected teachers across multiple traditions.
And I continue to deepen this work every day.
Because this is not a hobby.
This is not a phase.
This is a lifelong journey of awakening, and my purpose is to help others remember what is real within them.
